Lou is an experienced investment executive with expertise in investment management, financial markets, corporate governance and sustainable finance. He is currently Head of ESG at UniSuper, where he has also held senior roles across sustainable portfolios and equity research. Prior to joining UniSuper, he held senior investment and financial markets roles with BlackRock, Evans & Partners and Goldman Sachs.
Lou brings extensive experience engaging with company boards and management on governance and investment matters and currently serves on the Australian Accounting Standards Board’s User Advisory Committee and the Board of the Australian Council of Superannuation Investors. He is recognised for his leadership in responsible investment and integrating ESG considerations into investment decision‑making.
Lou was appointed on 22 August 2026 and his current term ends on 22 August 2029.
