The Working Group will explore issues in the auditing sector including, but not limited to, the role and demand for Registered Company Auditors (RCA) in various contexts, the current application of the RCA concept and the supply of RCAs.
The FRC monitors financial reporting and auditing issues relevant to the public sector through its FRC Public Sector Advisory Group (PSAG) (formerly the Public Sector Working Group), comprising of members of the FRC and the public sector.
The FRC Nominations Committee advises the FRC on the composition of the AASB and the AUASB, including making recommendations on appointments to those Boards.
