Helen is an experienced non‑executive director and former Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary with extensive expertise in finance, audit, risk management, financial reporting and corporate governance. She currently chairs finance, audit and risk committees across a number of organisations, including St John Ambulance NSW and the Energy & Water Ombudsman NSW.
Her executive career includes more than a decade at Grain Growers Ltd, where she led financial strategy, investment management and organisational transformation. Ms Hu brings significant experience in financial oversight, governance and organisational accountability across the corporate, not‑for‑profit and public sectors.
Helen was appointed on 22 August 2026 and her current term ends on 22 August 2029.
