The Financial Reporting Council (FRC) today announced the appointment of a member to the Auditing and Assurance Standards Board (AUASB).

Appointment to the AUASB:

• Mr Robert Buchanan

This AUASB appointment is on a part-time basis commencing from 1 July 2016 for three years.

Mr Robert Buchanan has just been appointed as Chair of the New Zealand Audit and Assurance Standards Board for the same term.
