The Financial Reporting Council (FRC) today announced the appointment of Mr Stephen Taylor as member of the Australian Accounting Standards Board (AASB). Professor Taylor is Professor of Accounting at UTS Business School.

Professor Taylor has been appointed to the AASB on a part time basis commencing on 1 June 2017. His term will expire on 31 December 2019.

Professor Taylor replaces Ms Ann Tarca on the AASB. Ms Tarca has recently taken on a permanent research position with the AASB.
